Who We Are
Positive was founded in 1985, producing aluminium windows, grilles and doors for individual housing units. In 1991, our company was incorporated as Positive Engineering Pte Ltd. We have a paid-up capital of S$1.5M, with an annual turnover averaging around $27M for the past 5 years.
Through prudent management, Positive Engineering has grown by focusing on a simple business strategy: To be a one-stop solution for the façade needs of our customers. With all engineering, fabrication and installation works conducted in-house and completely based in Singapore, we can ensure the highest quality of work and most rapid turnaround time to meet the very demanding nature of the construction industry.
In addition, we have our own research and development team to constantly innovate our products to meet the most demanding needs of our customers. We design, develop and test our products to the most stringent standards and certifications by world renowned agencies (e.g. TUV SUD PSB, BSRIA, etc).
Our Facilities
We are based in Tuas, Singapore, with a total combined floor space of over 11,000m2.
Our production facilities are supported by state-of-the-art CNC machines with overhead cranes providing access to all corners of the factory for optimal usage of space.
Our monthly capacity, based on a single shift, is as follows:
Cladding – 12,000m2/ month
Unitized Curtain-wall – 7,500m2/ month, approx 50 panels/day
Our comprehensive aluminium manufacturing facility is situated at No. 4, Gul Street 1. Within this location, the fabrication is carried out in a controlled and efficient manner, minimising double-handling, transportation and time lost due to excessive outsourcing processes.
No. 9, Gul Street 1 is used mainly for steel works and material storage.
