CONSTRUCTION REGISTRATION OF TRADESMAN (CORETRADE)
CoreTrade is a registration scheme for skilled and experienced construction personnel in various key construction trades.
Construction personnel who are eligible for CoreTrade registration include locals as well as suitable longer-staying and experienced foreign workers. Coretrade personnel are recognized for their competence and experience in their respective trades.
Foreign construction work permit holders registered as CoreTrade personnel are considered higher-skilled workers under the tier-levy scheme with extended period of employment.
There Are 3 Classes Of Coretrade Personnel:
CONSTRUCTION TRADESMAN
A worker who is skilled and engaged in a particular trade.
CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN
A worker who supervises and co-ordinates a group of Tradesman in a particular trade.
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
A worker who oversees a particular class of construction works.
