BCA Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC)
Positive Engineering Pte Ltd is the first BCA-Approved Training and Testing Centre (ATTC) conducting courses in Curtainwall Installation and Cladding Installation. We have well-equipped facilities within 2 specially designed training areas catered for theory and practical lessons. On top of that, our dedicated trainers each have more than 10 years of experience in both trades and boast of a passing rate of more than 80%.
We conduct the following courses:Benefits of Upgrading Workers to Higher Skilled
Under the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) skills and levy framework:- “Higher Skilled” workers can have longer stay in Singapore (up to 22 years).
- Employers pay lower levy for these “Higher Skilled” workers.
- These workers are more productive and would contribute more to their employers.

Workforce Training and Upgrading Scheme (WTUS)
To upgrade the skill of workforce in the built environment, Workforce Training and Upgrading (WTU) Scheme co-funds up to 90% of the training and assessment fees of Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents. To reiterate the importance of having a valid CoreTrade Acknowledgement Notice and Work Permit on the day of test, the following Declaration Form from BCA is to be completed and submitted together with the course application form for course enrolment with effect from 20th Apr 2015.
